Poland's Justice Ministry says it plans fast trials by video linkup for hooligans when it co-hosts the 2012 European Championship. Justice Minister Krzysztof Kwiatkowski said Tuesday that his ministry had prepared amendments to Poland's criminal code to allow for suspects to be tried by video conference from special rooms at stadiums.
