Poland To Sell Foundry Coke Producer To JSW For PLN414 Million
WARSAW -(Dow Jones)- Polish coking coal producer Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa SA (JSW.WA) has agreed to buy foundry coke maker Walbrzyskie Zaklady Koksownicze Victoria SA from the Polish government for 413.9 million zlotys ($125.8 million), the company and Poland's Treasury Ministry said in statements late Wednesday.
