Hi,

I need some help on two linked issues please, purchasing a house with a land and residency permit/card in Poland. I have visited few websites relating to buying a residency house with agricultural land in Poland; but I could not get a simple and precise answer to my questions. All what I need to know is:
1- What are the complications/steps/costs/time to obtain a residency card for my self(currently EU resident in the UK). Even though I am planing to live in Poland; but not to work there.
2- Are we limited by the size of the agricultural plot of the residency house
3- Any idea what are the taxes on the property(house and it’s land) during the purchase phase and after(ie. council tax, etc.).
