Dear All,
Being myself a Polish expat in South Korea I know what kind of hardships you can encounter in a different country. Including the apartment where one has to spend some part of his/her life...
Therefore I decided to contact you regarding my apartment that is available for rental from April in Warsaw (Mokotow district - one of the most central ones).
At the moment the apartment is being finished - nobody lived there before. From April it will be ready for moving in and living straight away (fully furnished, high level of standard). The apartment consists of 3 rooms which can be locked if needed. All of them have big windows and two of the rooms have direct access to balcony. There is also a separate kitchen and bathroom (parking place in the building and cellar as an option). The whole building is on constant surveillance. 24 hour security assured. The apartment is very close to the University of Warsaw (Management Department), big shopping center (Galeria Mokotow), Samsung and Nestle company. The access both to the center of Warsaw and airport is very easy and convenient.
The rental fee is around 650EURO per month.
If by any chance you know anybody who is looking for a cosy apartment and does not want to have any unpleasant surprises please contact me (grubakura@o2.pl)! I can assure you nobody will regret.
Thanks a lot in advance.
Anna
